Dr. Finn, Dentistry In The Lakes Region, is a fee-for-service practice.  All payments in full are due the same day that services are rendered. We do not participate with insurance companies. However,as a courtesy to our patients,we do accept assignment of benefits and are happy to electronically process your insurance forms for you. Please know that while we will file your insurance forms, the financial agreement for services at our office is between the patient and Dr.Finn. We have no contract with the insurance company, therefore, it is YOUR responsibility to pay for all services rendered. Our dental software is able to provide an "estimate" of what your insurance will pay for the services provided at your appointments, and the portion they  "estimate" that they will NOT cover is due at the time of the appointment. Although we try to anticipate deductibles, plan maximums, and other non-payment issues BEFORE you commence treatment, often we are unable to provide guaranteed insurance coverage in full. If there is a balance remaining after insurance has paid their portion, payment in full is due within 30 days. Any questions you have regarding non-payment or  less-than-expected coverage should be directed to your insurance provider.
