DENTAL HYGIENIST: full-time (4 days) or part-time (2-3 days) (NOT ACTIVE AT THIS TIME)
Our Finn & Finn Dental team is looking for a full-time or part-time dental hygienist to join our wonderful dental practice. Hygiene applicants must be experienced in paperless charting, digital radiographs, we use Softdent) intraoral camera use, and delivery of fabulous dental hygiene treatment. Applicant must be professional, amicable, team oriented, and maintain an excellent rapport with Dr. and peers. Hygienists must be able to deliver excellent, compassionate, gentle, and fabulous dental care to our patients under the direct supervision of Dr. Tom Finn, & Dr. Kiirsten Finn which includes scaling & prophylaxis, dental assessment of each patient, including oral cancer screening, patient education, med history review, treatment needs/review, detect caries, disease, and needed treatment, required radiographs taken and ready for Dr. exam, whitening assessment, dental and perio charting, fluoride and sealant application, deliver local anesthesia (license required), and work as a valued and contributing member of our dental team. In short, we are looking for an amazing hygienist to join our amazing team! Hours are FT M-Th. Friday and weekends off! Our Finn & Finn Beautiful Smiles general dental practice, located in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH is seeking a FULL TIME position to share duties on our dental assisting and customer service departments and to join our excellent Drs. & dental team. This position is available immediately. Candidates should be exceedingly proficient in all general dental assistant skills with consistent dental knowledge in the areas of materials, procedures, instrumentation, sterilization, infection control and lab related duties. Additionally, should have mastered digital radiography, intra-oral cameras, computers, dental software (we use Softdent), including proper charting (graphical, computer, and routers) and have an experienced understanding of dental insurance and financial protocols. Certification in radiology and sealant application necessary, as well as experience with in-office whitening services . As well It is a priority that the desire to function as a team member is paramount, while also possessing superior inter-personal skills with patients and peers. The ability to communicate well, educate patients thoroughly, and present treatment plans confidently and enthusiastically is a must. A passion and unbridled enthusiasm for dentistry and dental assisting in particular is most necessary. This position is being offered as full-time or part-time (depending on advertisement). Certified dental assistants prioritized but would consider the experienced trained applicant as well.
